Using the 2024 Nosara Census and 2026 Nosara Fiscal Report, we expose the structural funding gap driving crises in housing, health, water, education, and safety—then design transformative projects to present to the Municipality of Nicoya or Caja at key funding cycles to secure the resources our community needs.
